I understand that the sound bath, sound meditation, or healing event I am attending is hosted by Avalon Acres Holistic Healing and is being held at the venue listed above.

I acknowledge that the venue is acting solely as the event location and is not responsible for organizing, supervising, or conducting this event.

Release of Venue Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

The venue listed above, including its owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• My participation in this event

• Any injury, loss, or damage sustained on the premises

• Any claims related to the activities conducted by Avalon Acres Holistic Healing
