About the event
A Monthly Sound Journey
An invitation to pause, reconnect, and renew.
Join Jill Iveson, Founder & Sound Practitioner of Avalon Acres Holistic Healing, for a monthly immersive sound experience featuring the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments.
Each gathering explores a unique theme inspired by nature, the changing seasons, mindfulness, and our personal journeys toward balance and well-being.
Allow yourself to step away from the demands of everyday life, settle into stillness, and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound.
No meditation experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the space to rest, receive, and reconnect.
