Join Avalon Acres Holistic Healing for a monthly sound bath, a sacred space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Each gathering is intentionally held to align with the natural rhythm of the month, offering a moment to release what no longer serves and gently welcome in renewed energy.
During the session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over you. These vibrations support the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite the body into a restorative state of balance and ease.
No experience is needed—simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. Each month offers a unique energetic experience, creating space for reflection, grounding, and inner alignment.
