I was diagnosed with Sjogen's syndrome, Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus markers, Morton's neuroma, narrow angle glaucoma, I have a vitelliform lesion (macular dystrophy) on my left retnia due to dry eye syndrome caused by sjogrens. I used to have Raynaud's syndrome as well. I take all natural suppliments to aid in my day to day management of my pain, I exercise and try to eliminate sugar as much as possible from my diet. Inflammation is the root cause of most illnesses. I am trying to grow and consume only foods I grow and create medicine out of. There are so many toxic chemicals and byproducts added to our food supply it is scary. I am trying to help others realize it's not as hard as they think to grow your own foods and put only natural things in our bodies.
